Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • On-site Repairs: Diagnose and fix operational issues such as malfunctioning handles, stuck hinges, or poorly sealing frames.
  • Installation Supervision: Oversee installation teams to ensure windows and doors are fitted precisely and meet technical specifications.
  • Post-Sales Support: Handle warranty claims and provide technical guidance to customers on proper maintenance and usage.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect finished installations to ensure they are airtight, soundproof, and function smoothly.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed service reports on work performed and report recurring technical issues back to the manufacturing team
