Valuation Field Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Executive to assist in valuation assignments through fieldwork, coordination, and client interaction. The role involves site inspections, close coordination with the Head Office valuation team, and visiting banks to secure new valuation assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Conduct site visits for valuation assignments and collect accurate property details.

·        Capture photographs and relevant site information using a smartphone.

·        Assess property location, surroundings, and accessibility.

·        Coordinate effectively with the Head Office Valuation Team for assignment updates, clarifications, and report requirements.

·        Visit bank branches to develop relationships and obtain new valuation assignments.

·        Maintain proper records of site visits and ensure timely submission of field data.

·        Adhere to company processes and reporting standards.

Requirements:

·        Good knowledge of Hyderabad and nearby areas.

·        Must own a smartphone and be proficient in its use for field reporting.

·        Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.

·        Good communication and coordination skills.

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Preferred Skills:

·        Prior experience in valuation, real estate, or field operations will be an advantage.

·        Basic understanding of property documentation and valuation processes.

Compensation:

·        Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

·        Additional performance-based incentives

·        Travel Expense – Rs. 3 per km
