Accountant – Interiors & Real Estate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial transactions, budgeting, payroll, and accounting operations for our interiors and real estate business. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling invoices and payments, processing payroll, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions

Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Handle payroll generation, salary processing, attendance records, and employee reimbursements

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements

Monitor project expenses, budgets, and profitability

Reconcile bank statements and maintain ledger accounts

Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS statements, and payroll reports

Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and clients regarding financial matters

Maintain employee salary records and tax documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

Proven experience in accounting and payroll management, preferably in interiors, construction, or real estate industry

Knowledge of Tally, payroll processing, GST filing, MS Excel, and accounting principles

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Good communication and coordination skills
