Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, AO Value Realization Leader – Agentic AI!

The AO Value Realization Leader is the enterprise owner of value realization for Agentic Operations (AO). This leader ensures that Genpact delivers the strategic, financial, and operational outcomes promised through our Agentic pivot—across all service lines, clients, and platforms.
 As Genpact shifts from traditional digital operations to an Agentic-led enterprise, this role will own the enterprise value realization engine for our Agentic Operations (AO) services.

The VP Value Realization Leader drives enterprise guardrails, standards, and governance for how value is planned, realized, measured, and sustained in Agentic Operations.

This leader will build and manage a global team of Value Realization Leads who execute across multiple service lines and geographies. They will partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, operations, learning, HR and finance to embed “Agentic-first” value outcomes into the DNA of Genpact.

Responsibilities

·         Lead & Manage the Enterprise Value Realization Organization

a.    Lead the value realization framework for Agentic Operations, including value planning, baselining, tracking, and governance across multiple accounts.

·         Oversee multiple Value Realization Leads deployed in key accounts.

·         Set direction, coach, and drive performance against value KPIs.

·         Ensure consistency in how VR is executed across F&A, SC, Procurement, BFSI, and cross-vertical operations.

·         Own the Productivity Glidepath Across All Agentic Accounts

·         Define the value framework, baseline methodology, glidepath templates, and measurement standards.

·         Track glidepath adherence across all accounts; identify slippages, risks, and interventions.

·         Ensure value commitments tie directly to productivity, GM/HC, effort reduction, throughput, STP, and experience outcomes.

·         Drive Agentic-First Workflow Redesign & Value Interventions

·         Partner with Ops, LDT, Product & Engineering to trigger redesigns when value gaps require workflow, agent behavior, or platform enhancements.

·         Create a value playbook library from best practices, exception patterns, and repeatable agentic behaviors.

·         Enterprise Governance & Executive Communication

·         Lead quarterly value governance with COOs, GOLs and AO org leads.

·         Publish an enterprise-wide Value Book: dashboards, risks, wins, glidepath achievement, and productivity forecasts.

·         Support client-facing governance for at-risk programs or strategic accounts.

·         Build Systemic Capability for Agentic Value Realization

·         Create reusable tools: baselining models, exception catalogs, prompt repositories, value calculators, and performance scorecards.

·         Establish quality audit, accuracy monitoring, and exception management standards for agentic workflows.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or related field required.

·         Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Analytics/AI/Operations) preferred.

                      Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Process Mining are highly valued.
