VMC Machine Operator

We are looking for skilled CNC Operators for VMC (Vertical Machining Center) with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in operating and setting machines with high accuracy.

Candidates should be proficient in reading drawings, selecting tools, maintaining dimensional accuracy, and ensuring production quality.

Experience in handling different materials and basic programming knowledge will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and set VMC machines as per drawing and process requirements
• Check dimensions using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)
• Ensure product quality and maintain daily production records
• Follow all safety and housekeeping standards in the workshop

Required Skills:

• High proficiency in CNC VMC operation
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Basic understanding of G & M codes
• Minimum 5-7years of experience preferred

Work Schedule:

• The role involves rotational night shifts, and candidates must be flexible with working hours.

जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• ड्रॉइंग और प्रक्रिया के अनुसार VMC मशीन का संचालन और सेटिंग करना
• माप उपकरण (वर्नियर, माइक्रोमीटर आदि) से माप जांचना
• उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता बनाए रखना और दैनिक उत्पादन रिपोर्ट तैयार करना
• कार्यशाला में सुरक्षा और सफाई के नियमों का पालन करना

आवश्यक कौशल:

• CNC VMC संचालन में उच्च दक्षता
• इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग पढ़ने और समझने की क्षमता
• G और M कोड का मूल ज्ञान
• न्यूनतम 2-7 वर्ष का अनुभव वांछनीय है

कार्य समय:

• यह पद रोटेशनल नाइट शिफ्ट (घूमने वाली रात्रि पाली) में रहेगा, इसलिए उम्मीदवार को समय के प्रति लचीलापन रखना आवश्यक है।
