Job Description
Position: CNC Turning Programmer Organization: Sri Koteswara Cam Systems Pvt Ltd., Location: IDA Phase 3, Cherlapally. Reporting To: Production Manager
Qualification • ITI (Turner/Machinist) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
Experience • Minimum 10 years in CNC Turning Programming. •
Experience in Aerospace & Defence manufacturing preferred. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and optimise CNC programs for CNC Turning and Turn-Mill machines.
• Plan tooling, machining processes, and machine setups.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T. • Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle times.
• Lead and support a team of CNC Turning Operators. •
Ensure quality, productivity, safety, and on-time delivery. Skills
• Strong knowledge of CNC Turning, Turn-Mill, Fanuc controls, tooling and precision machining.
