Voice Process Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Voice Process Intern to handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain accurate CRM records, and support day-to-day client coordination activities. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle conversations professionally and empathetically.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer/client calls professionally.
• Update and maintain client information accurately in the CRM system.
• Record call summaries, follow-ups, and case updates in real time.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements and pending tasks.
• Follow predefined call scripts and compliance procedures when required.
• Schedule callbacks, meetings, and follow-up discussions with clients.
• Escalate sensitive or unresolved issues to senior team members.
• Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and communications.
• Assist in lead management and client onboarding processes.
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
• Meet daily productivity and reporting requirements.
