Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Responsible for build and outgoing quality of engines
• Responsible for conducting product and process audits in assembly and testing (Process audit , torque audit , pokayoke audit , Test bed audit , CTQ parameter audit , action plan sustenance audit) and closure of non conformance with systemic action
• Responsible for concerns analysis and effective counter measure (ICA and PCA) at the assembly IQA station/online , testing, user plant , field using quality tools
• Coordination with production , Supplier quality , design , SCM , maintenance team for concern resolution
• Weekly publishing of IQA station rework/rejection quality report with action plan
• Responsible for reduction of COPQ
• Lead for Quick Concern Resolution Team (QCRT) and concern closure
• Responsible for effective implementation of SPC on shop floor
• Responsible for planning and conducting the MSA in assembly
• Involvement in new projects to ensure the quality requirements as per as per PPAP/APQP and fulfillment of key deliverable
• Visit to different locations for concerns resolution at Vehicle Plants & Mahindra dealerships.
• Team management of 3 to 4 associates
