Job Description
BDM Intern (Business Development Intern)Position: BDM Intern
Duration: 2 Months (Work From Home)
Stipend: ₹3000/month
Working Days: 26 days (4 leaves)
- Role & Responsibilities:New clients & creators identify karna (research + outreach)
- Calling & follow-ups for onboarding (live streaming / creators)
- Agency ke liye partnerships & collaborations find karna
- Daily leads generate karna (Instagram, WhatsApp, platforms like Eloelo, Moj, etc.)
- Interested users ko explain karna about platform & earning model
- Data maintain karna Google Sheets me (leads, conversions, follow-ups)
- Team ke saath coordination karke targets achieve karna
- Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Calling ya sales ka basic experience ho toh better
- Self-motivated & target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of social media & live streaming apps
