HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented HR Recruiter based in Indore who can manage local hiring requirements across our branches in Madhya Pradesh. The person will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates for branch-level roles, especially in collections, sales, operations, telecalling, and other financial services positions.

The role requires someone who understands local hiring markets, can build strong candidate pipelines, coordinate with branch teams, and travel to different branches whenever required to close urgent vacancies.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates locally for branch-level vacancies across Madhya Pradesh.
• Hire for roles such as field collection executives, sales officers, telecallers, branch operations staff, credit support roles, and other financial services positions.
• Use local networks, job portals, referrals, colleges, WhatsApp groups, field sources, and consultants to generate candidates.
• Screen candidates based on role requirements, salary fitment, location suitability, communication skills, and basic background checks.
• Coordinate interviews with branch managers and the head office team.
• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates from first contact to joining.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring vacancies.
• Travel to branches across Madhya Pradesh as required to fulfill local hiring needs.
• Support urgent hiring drives at branch locations.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Proactive, energetic, and target-driven.
• Comfortable with local hiring and branch-level recruitment.
• Experienced in hiring for financial services, NBFC, HFC, microfinance, banking, collections, sales, or field roles.
• Comfortable speaking to candidates regularly and following up aggressively.
• Able to travel across Madhya Pradesh branches whenever required.
• Strong in local networking and candidate sourcing.
• Comfortable maintaining recruitment trackers and sharing regular updates.
• Practical, street-smart, and able to close vacancies quickly.

Required Experience

• 1 to 4 years of recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience in NBFC, HFC, microfinance, banking, lending, collections, sales, or branch hiring will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in bulk hiring, field hiring, or local manpower hiring will be given preference.

Travel Requirement

• The candidate should be open to traveling to branches across Madhya Pradesh as required for hiring drives, candidate interviews, branch coordination, and vacancy closures.
