Human Resource Manager

🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performance HR Manager / Priority Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment and HR operations, with a strong focus on hiring talent in the Indian stock market & research domain.

The role requires someone who can close positions quickly, build talent pipelines, and support business growth through strategic hiring.

Recruiters are responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while aligning hiring with business needs .

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Priority Recruitment (Core Focus)

Handle bulk & critical hiring (Sales teams)

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → interview → offer → onboarding

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for urgent hiring needs

Use job portals, LinkedIn, references, and market mapping to source candidates

Coordinate with hiring managers for quick closures

Recruitment managers oversee sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while aligning hiring strategies with company needs .

2. Talent Acquisition Strategy

Develop fast-track hiring strategies for priority roles

Reduce time-to-hire & cost-per-hire

Implement recruitment KPIs and dashboards

Strengthen employer branding in financial markets hiring

3. HR Operations & Generalist Role

Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle

Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance basics

Support performance management & employee engagement

HR Managers handle hiring, training, employee relations, and policy implementation to ensure smooth workforce management .

4. Stakeholder Management

Work closely with Business Heads / Sales Managers

Understand hiring requirements and workforce planning

Provide regular hiring reports and insights

5. Candidate Experience & Closure

Ensure smooth candidate communication and follow-ups

Negotiate salary and close offers efficiently

Maintain strong candidate relationships

Recruiters also negotiate offers, conduct interviews, and ensure onboarding of selected candidates .

🔹 Required Skills

Strong experience in bulk hiring

Knowledge of stock market roles (Equity Advisor, Dealer, RM, etc.)

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Expertise in job portals & LinkedIn hiring

Strong closure and follow-up skills

Experience in stock market / broking / research firms (mandatory preferred)

Proven track record of fast hiring closure
