MMC Convert is hiring a Client Communication Executive for handling international clients through chat support. We are looking for candidates with excellent written communication skills and a professional approach towards client handling.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international client queries through chat process

• Provide prompt and accurate responses to clients

• Maintain professional and clear written communication

• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution

• Ensure high customer satisfaction levels

• Maintain proper documentation of client conversations

🔹 Required Skills:

• Strong written English communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

• Ability to multitask efficiently

• Good problem-solving ability

• Positive and professional attitude

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers can apply)

• Prior experience in international chat process or client handling will be an added advantage
