Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing industrial customers. The role involves identifying leads, handling inquiries and quotations, following up with clients, and achieving monthly sales targets for engineering plastic and machined components.
The candidate will coordinate with internal teams for pricing, production status, and order execution while ensuring timely customer communication and high service standards. Responsibilities also include maintaining sales records, updating CRM/Google Sheets, conducting market visits, and tracking competitor activity.
Success in this role will be measured through new customer acquisition, revenue growth, follow-up discipline, and customer retention.
Candidates should possess good communication skills, a disciplined approach to follow-ups, and preferably basic knowledge of manufacturing or industrial products. Experience in B2B or industrial sales will be an advantage.
