Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, interview scheduling, and daily HR activities. Candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of hiring processes.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process
  • Call and schedule candidates for interviews
  • Maintain employee records and attendance
  • Coordinate with different departments for hiring needs
  • Conduct telephonic screening of candidates
  • Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
  • Follow up with candidates and employees
  • Support daily HR operations and office administration
