Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, maintaining sales records, managing leads, and assisting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with customers and sales executives regarding inquiries and follow-ups.

Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

Generate and manage leads through calls, messages, and online platforms.

Schedule customer meetings, site visits, and follow-up activities.

Prepare sales reports and daily performance reports.

Assist in documentation and customer onboarding processes.

Handle customer queries and provide necessary support.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Experience in sales coordination or customer support is preferred.

Knowledge of the real estate sector will be an added advantage.
