We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Cook to prepare authentic Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and presentation.

Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes (North Indian, South Indian, Pav Bhaji, Chole Bhature, Tawa Pulao, etc.)

Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation

Plan menus and suggest new dishes

Monitor food stock and place orders as needed

Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards

Train or supervise junior kitchen staff (if required)
