Role: PA cum Sales Coordinator (Work From Home)

We are hiring a Personal Assistant cum Sales Coordinator to handle inbound enquiries, support management, and coordinate with Sales & RM teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp & leads
  • Understand customer requirements and guide them properly
  • Ensure smooth handover of leads to the concerned closer
  • Follow-up with customers and track cases till closure
  • Coordinate with Sales & RM team for updates
  • Manage manager’s tasks, reminders & scheduling
  • Maintain daily reports in CRM/Excel

Requirements:

  • Female (Married Preferred)
  • 1–3 years experience
  • Good communication & follow-up skills
  • Basic sales understanding
  • CRM / Excel basic knowledge
  • Work from home discipline
