Job Description

We are hiring an Educational Counsellor at Tech Cluster, Indore.


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Educational Counsellor who can guide students in choosing the right career path and courses. The role involves understanding student requirements, counselling them about our training programs, and converting inquiries into admissions.


We are looking for a candidate with strong convincing skills, a stable work approach, and a hardworking attitude. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to engage and guide students effectively.


  • 🎯 Key Requirements:Graduate in any field (preferred: BTech/ relevant experience)
  • 2–5 years of experience in counselling / sales / education sector
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Basic knowledge of career-oriented courses
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
