Job Description

  • Role & ResponsibilitiesConnect with students and working professionals through calls, WhatsApp and Zoom
  • Understand student background, career goals and learning requirements
  • Explain our training programs, mentorship and roadmap clearly
  • Help students with course enrollment and onboarding process
  • Follow up with interested leads generated from social media, workshops and webinars
  • Maintain proper student data and follow-up status in CRM or Google Sheets
  • Solve basic queries related to classes, schedules and learning paths
  • Coordinate with support and technical teams whenever needed
  • Build good relationships with students and maintain positive communication
