We specialize in investment advisory, stock market solutions, and algorithmic trading software services for retail and institutional clients.
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound client calls regarding investment advisory services.
Explain company products, trading services, and algo software solutions to potential clients.
Generate leads and maintain client relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team for client conversions and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable financial product information.
Maintain CRM records and daily follow-up reports.
Support clients with basic product demonstrations and onboarding assistance.
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of stock market and financial services.
Experience in pre-sales, telesales, investment advisory sales, or algo software sales.
Strong follow-up and client handling abilities.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any stream preferred.
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in:
Preferred Candidate Profile
Immediate joiner preferred.
Passionate about financial markets and client interaction.
Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
