Job Title: Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing Agency)

Salary: ₹15,000 Fixed + 10% Performance Incentives

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to help convert incoming leads into paying clients.

Unlike traditional sales jobs, you won't be doing cold calling all day. Our agency generates leads through Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. Your responsibility will be to contact these leads, understand their business needs, follow up consistently, and convert as many prospects as possible into clients for our digital marketing services.

• ResponsibilitiesContact incoming leads generated through our marketing campaigns
• Understand the client's business and marketing requirements
• Explain our digital marketing services clearly and professionally
• Follow up with interested prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Schedule meetings when required
• Maintain lead records and update CRM sheets
• Build relationships with prospects and handle objections
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients
• Requirements - Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Confidence in speaking with business owners
• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
• Sales mindset and willingness to achieve targets
• Basic computer and internet knowledge
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
