Tally Accountant

We're Hiring: Accountant – Indore

Company: Accretion Aviation Pvt Ltd

Location: Indore (Work from Office)

Schedule: 6 days/week | 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Experience Required: 2–4 years (Tally + GST + Excel)

🧮 What You’ll Actually Do

You’ll handle day-to-day accounting for two group companies (Aviation + Services), including:

• Voucher entries for 200–250 invoices/month
• Bank reconciliations across 5 active accounts
• GST: Monthly returns (GSTR-1, 3B), input credit checks
• TDS: Payment + return filing
• Vendor payments and follow-ups
• Collections and invoicing
• Support for internal audit, external audit, and reporting to CA
• Maintain Excel-based cash flow, outstanding trackers, and MIS

Software used: Tally Prime Gold + Advanced Excel

• 🧷 This Role Is Not for You If:
• You’ve only done data entry and not handled GST or TDS yourself
• You need daily supervision or hand-holding
• You want remote or hybrid work
• ✅ You’ll Fit If You:
• Have 2–4 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Can independently manage vouchers, returns, and reconciliations
• Know Tally Prime well and work daily on Excel (pivot, vlookup, filters)
• Are comfortable reporting directly to the decision-maker (no layers)
