Warehouse Supervisor

1. Daily Stock maintenance 2. WMS system entries for inward/outward 3. Ensure proper execution of loading and unloading of material 4. GRN & Orders material record 5. Ensuring efficient putaway 6. Coordinate with logistics vendors 7. Physical stock check, keep track of defective material. 8. Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry 9. Transfers information from paper formats into computer files 10. Completes additional assigned tasks as required. 11. Sharing manpower's D-1 attendance reports on a daily basis 12. Communicate new and pending orders to the manager with reasons for hold, if any. 13. Prepare and share connection reports (3rd party logistics) 14. Pending GRN reports to be prepared and shared with the client along with regular follow-up on the same 15. Order Processing – ensure TAT is achieved as per SOP 16. Ensure tasks and activities are assigned to team members in a timely manner and structured approach 17. Record of processed orders in an excel for MIS 18. Process STN as per requirement and communicate the same to all stakeholders 19. DEO needs to scan and maintain a data sheet of all the damaged, expired, and RTV stock that is moving out of the RWH/FC
