• Manage and lead a team (counselors, trainers, support staff)
• Drive admissions, revenue, and overall business growth
• Ensure high-quality student experience and satisfaction
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance standards
• Handle escalations and ensure proper resolution
• Coordinate with management for reporting and strategy execution
