Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, debit/credit notes, and bills.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank records.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, banks, and auditors when required.
- Prepare MIS reports and assist in monthly financial reporting.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts records.
- Support management with financial data and reports as required.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work responsibly.
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance procedures.
