Job Description
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain purchase and sales entries
Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping
Manage banking transactions and entries
Follow up for payments and outstanding dues
Maintain proper records of invoices and documents
Prepare and manage GST returns
Generate and manage E-way bills
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
Coordinate with clients and vendors for accounts-related matters
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in accounting
Knowledge of GST, E-way bill, and basic taxation
Experience with Tally or similar accounting software
Good organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
