Job Description

 Work as the primary point of contact for sellers regarding advertisement queries and campaign management.

 Guide and educate sellers on Flipkart Ads platform, features, and best practices.

 Assist sellers in creating, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns to improve visibility and sales.

 Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to sellers.

 Troubleshoot issues related to campaign setup, billing, or ad delivery.

 Maintain detailed records of campaign activities and seller interactions.

 Achieve defined KPIs including seller satisfaction, campaign success rate, and ad revenue contribution.

 Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
