Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution and delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and customizing SAP applications to enhance business processes.
- Strong knowledge of database management and integration techniques within SAP environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application development.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA applications.
- Skilled in collaborating with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
