Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team in the stock broking industry. The primary responsibility of this role is recruitment, employee management, and office administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hiring experience, and the ability to manage day-to-day HR operations efficiently.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & HiringHandle end-to-end recruitment process for various roles such as Sales, Relationship Managers, Dealers, Back Office, and Support Staff.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate final interview rounds.
  • Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
  • Employee ManagementMaintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and performance.
  • Address employee concerns and maintain healthy workplace culture.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure company policies and HR guidelines are followed.
  • Office AdministrationOversee daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow and communication.
  • Manage office discipline, employee coordination, and workplace efficiency.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office assets and resources.
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience (preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
  • Experience in financial services or stock broking industry is a plus.
