Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues efficiently.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues within enterprise applications.
- Experience in managing and supporting cloud-based human capital management solutions.
- Ability to analyze system logs and error messages to identify root causes of problems.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
