Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications seamlessly into existing systems.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP on the HANA platform.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to optimize code for performance on HANA.
- Ability to design and implement complex business logic within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting SAP ABAP programs to ensure quality deliverables.
- Experience in collaborating with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
