Job Description
- Assist in recruitment processes (scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records).
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain HR compliance files.
- Handle basic bookkeeping and data entry in accounting software.
- Assist in preparing invoices, expense reports, and payment records.
- Support payroll processing and maintain salary registers.
- Coordinate with vendors for bills and payment follow-ups.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation.
- Support compliance and audit preparation.
- Assist in organizing meetings, maintaining records, and general office management.
