Back Office Executive

Job Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, Flipkart, website chat, and other online platforms.

Guide customers in selecting products and personalization options.

Understand customer requirements and collect all necessary customization details (Name, Photo, Logo, Message, etc.).

Create and process customer orders accurately in the system.

Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely order execution.

Verify artwork, personalization details, and order information before production.

Keep customers updated about order confirmation, artwork approval, dispatch, and delivery status.

Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales support.

Follow up with customers for pending payments, artwork approvals, or missing information.

Maintain proper records of customer conversations and order status.

Coordinate with courier partners for shipment tracking and delivery-related issues.

Ensure quick response time and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Meet daily targets for response time, order processing, and customer satisfaction.

Assist in handling bulk and corporate gifting enquiries.

Maintain professionalism and represent the Savri brand positively in every customer interaction.

Required Skills

Excellent written Hindi and English communication.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email).

Fast typing speed.

Good coordination and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Customer-friendly attitude with problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure during festive seasons.
