Job Title: Billing Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Engineer to handle measurement verification, BOQ tracking, and preparation of billing data for multiple project sites. The role requires coordination with site teams across PAN India locations and providing accurate billing details to the Accounts Department for invoice preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit RA bills, interim bills, and final billing details based on project progress.
• Verify site measurements in coordination with site engineers at different project locations.
• Review BOQ, drawings, and contract documents for accurate billing inputs.
• Identify variations, extra items, and additional work for claim preparation.
• Maintain measurement records and billing documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients for billing approvals.
• Provide complete billing data and supporting documents to the Accounts Department for invoice preparation.
• Follow up on bill certification and payment status with relevant stakeholders.
• Must be willing to travel and visit project sites across PAN India as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in billing/estimation (construction industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, drawings, and measurement techniques.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory.
• Strong coordination and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for site visits.
