Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBLE AREA ( K R A )
- Sales & Growth: Develop & execute strategies for new markets, clients, and opportunities
- Client Relations: Build & maintain long-term relationships with key Customers
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate sales staff to achieve targets.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily showroom activities, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Plan ATL, BTL Activities.
- Marketing & Promotions: Coordinate activities to boost sales and brand visibility.
- Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business plans.
A Business Developmenmt Executive is responsible for:
Generating new business opportunities through sales and marketing activities
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, negotiating and closing deals
Conducting market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities
Developing and delivering presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Achieving sales targets and reporting on sales activities and progress
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competition and market changes
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of sales activities and customer interactions
Lead and mentor the customer experience & service team across regions.
