Business Operations Assistant

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site / Hybrid)

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000/month (Fixed + Incentives)

Experience: 1–2 Years Preferred

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and multi-skilled Business Operations Assistant who can support daily operations and contribute to business growth.

Role SummaryThis is a high-responsibility, all-rounder role where you will work directly with the Founder. You will handle vendor coordination, customer support, operations, and basic marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Management (Core Work)Research and identify wellness and clinic partners

• Make outreach calls and introduce Unisoul Health
• Schedule and coordinate meetings
• Collect and verify documents
• Complete end-to-end vendor onboarding

2. Customer Handling & Support

Handle WhatsApp and phone inquiries

• Fix and confirm appointments
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Ensure smooth customer experience

3. Scheduling & Coordination

Manage founder’s daily calendar

• Plan daily tasks and priorities
• Coordinate between vendors, customers, and team

4. Data Entry & ReportingMaintain vendor and lead data in Excel / CRM

• Submit daily reports (calls, leads, onboarding, issues)
• Track performance and highlight gaps

5. Social Media SupportPost content on LinkedIn & Instagram

• Reply to comments and messages
• Assist in basic content scheduling

6. Field Coordination (If Required)Assist in vendor visits

• Verify location and documentation

Daily Reporting (Mandatory)You must submit a daily report including:

• Total calls made
• Interested vendors
• Meetings scheduled
• Vendors onboarded
• Customer inquiries handled
• Issues or escalations
• Required SkillsGood communication in Hindi + basic English
• Confidence in calling and follow-ups
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Familiar with WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Organized and disciplined
• Quick learner with positive attitude
• Ability to multitask
