Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting recruitment and staffing services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, lead generation abilities, and experience in sales or business development.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, and other sales channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, agreements, and client documentation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Research market trends and competitor activities.
- Required Skills
- :Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good presentation and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and staffing services.
- Eligibility Criteria:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Staffing Industry preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Preferred Qualifications:Experience in recruitment/staffing sales.
- Knowledge of IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Experience handling domestic or international clients.
