Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Objective:We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive who is passionate about education and fashion. You will be the face of our institute, responsible for inspiring aspiring designers and converting potential leads into successful admissions.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Visit schools, colleges, and educational hubs to conduct seminars and workshops.
• Student Motivation: Act as a career counselor to inspire students about the future of the fashion industry.
• Sales & Conversions: Manage walk-in inquiries and follow up on digital leads to ensure high conversion rates.
• Relationship Management: Build a strong network with local educational influencers and institutions in Indore.
• Reporting: Maintain a daily database of leads and provide regular progress updates to the management.
• Candidate Profile:Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Education Counseling.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and "people skills." You must be persuasive and energetic.
• Location: Must be a resident of Indore with good knowledge of the local geography.
• Mindset: Result-oriented with a "go-getter" attitude.
