📄 Job Description (Apna Post Ready)Job Title:Sales ,marketing & Telecalling Executive (Field + Office)
Salary:₹6,000 – ₹8,000 + High Incentives (per property onboarding)
Job Overview:We are hiring candidates who can handle telecalling + field visits + business onboarding.
Your main goal is to:
👉 List PG/Hostel/Property on our platform (MySmartPG)
👉 Register them on our management system
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Telecalling
- Call PG owners / property owners
- Explain platform benefits
- Fix meetings / generate leads
- 🔹 Field Sales
- Visit PGs, hostels, and properties
- Convince owners to list their property
- Onboard them on platform
🔹 Portal Work
- Add property on marketplace
- Register property in management panel
- Collect basic details, photos, pricing
- ✅ Required Skills:
- Good communication (Hindi + basic English)
- Confident in talking & convincing
- Must be comfortable with field work
- Basic mobile + internet knowledge
🎁 Incentive Structure
👉 Per Property Listing: ₹100 – ₹300
👉 Per Successful Registration: ₹300 – ₹800
👉 Monthly Bonus on target completion
💡 Good performers can earn ₹15K–₹30K total monthly
