Job Description
We are hiring Insurance Executives responsible for acquiring new customers, explaining insurance products, and achieving assigned business goals through field activities. The role involves meeting prospects, maintaining client relationships, and completing documentation as per company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through our calling data and referrals also personal leads
Meet prospective clients and explain insurance products (Life/Health/Motor)
Achieve assigned sales targets and daily activity goals
Complete KYC and documentation accurately
Maintain customer relationships and post-sales support
Update daily work reports using CRM or reporting tools
Follow company policies and IRDAI guidelines
Required Skills:
Good communication & customer-handling skills
Basic sales and negotiation ability office work and Fieldwork planning & time management
Target-oriented mindset
Smartphone & basic digital skills
Willingness to work in the field
