Shankara Homes is seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities, ensure quality execution, and manage project timelines effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and labor teams to maintain project progress and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control measures.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate updates to the project manager.
• Solve on-site challenges and technical issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Manage material procurement, inventory, and site logistics efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in residential/commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, structural elements, and materials.
• Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site challenges.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
