Project Manager (Real Estate)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage residential and commercial real estate construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering, project execution, contractor management, and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from start to completion.
• Supervise site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Manage procurement of construction materials and resources.
• Review BOQs, project estimates, and contractor bills.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Resolve technical and operational issues at the project site.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and civil engineering practices.
• Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Excellent project planning and execution skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and project management tools.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
