Client Relationship Executive

Role Summary:

Be the first point of contact for all new leads and manage the complete client journey—from the first conversation to project completion. Understand client requirements, coordinate with the design team, ensure smooth communication, and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and engage every new lead promptly.
• Understand client requirements and prepare a clear design brief.
• Coordinate the handover to the design team.
• Draft proposals, service agreements, and offer letters.
• Onboard clients and maintain project documentation.
• Collect payments as per the project milestones.
• Act as the single point of contact between clients and the design team.
• Resolve client concerns and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.

Training & Growth

Training will be provided in:

• Basic interior design concepts.
• Site measurements and documentation.
• Basic site coordination and communication with execution teams.
• Preferred Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in client meetings and follow-ups.
• Organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Proficient in Google Workspace/MS Office.
• Interest in interior design is a plus.
