Content Creator & Videographer

Role Objective:

To create engaging, educational, and branding-focused video content on a daily basis that helps generate leads, build trust, and enhance the company’s digital presence in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate 3–5 video ideas daily based on market trends and audience interest
• Write basic scripts including hooks, key points, and call-to-actions
• Plan and coordinate video shoots with the management/team
• Handle or assist in video shooting at office and project sites
• Collaborate with the video editor by providing clear content direction
• Ensure timely uploading of content on social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Monitor and track content performance such as views, engagement, and lead generation
• Maintain consistency in content quality and posting schedule

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of short-form video content (Reels / Shorts)
• Strong Hindi communication skills (spoken and written)
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas
• Basic knowledge of video shooting techniques
• Discipline, consistency, and time management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary Structure :

• Fresher: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Experienced: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Incentives: Lead generation bonus (per qualified lead)
• Viral video performance bonus

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days working)
