Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them in selecting sweets, namkeen, and other products
  • Handle counter sales, packing, and order preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products
  • Inform customers about offers, fresh items, and bestsellers
  • Coordinate with kitchen/production team for stock availability
  • Ensure fast and accurate service during peak hours

Requirements:

  • Good communication and polite behavior
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in retail/sweet shop is a plus
  • Flexible with working hours (including weekends/festivals)
