Job Description
- Manage and monitor the complete CRM process.
- Allocate leads to Sales Executives and Channel Partners.
- Track inquiries, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and closures.
- Ensure timely customer follow-up and relationship management.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Finance, Legal, and Project teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records, booking forms, agreements, and payment details.
- Monitor customer payment schedules and send payment reminders.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations professionally.
- Maintain booking, registration, possession, and documentation records.
- Generate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor sales performance and lead conversion reports.
- Train the sales team on CRM processes and ensure SOP compliance.
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
