- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance productivity and innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platform services related to Salesforce.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within Salesforce environments.
