Customer Care Executive

*Job Title:* Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

*Salary:* ₹11,000 - ₹15,000 in-hand per month + incentives  

*Shift:* 24*7 rotational shifts for both male & female candidates  

*Work Mode:* On-site

*Job Summary:*  

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls to resolve queries, complaints, and service requests. Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear communication and quick issue resolution.

*Key Responsibilities:*  

- Attend customer calls and provide accurate information on products/services  

- Resolve complaints within TAT and escalate complex issues when needed  

- Maintain call logs and update CRM with interaction details  

- Meet quality, productivity, and CSAT targets set by management  

- Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines

*Requirements:*  

- *Education:* 12th pass or Graduate  

- *Experience:* 0-2 years. Freshers can apply  

- *Skills:* Fluent Hindi & English. Clear diction, basic computer knowledge, typing speed 20+ WPM  

- *Personal Traits:* Good listening skills, patience, ability to handle pressure  

- *Other:* Should be comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends
