Customer Support Executive – Voice (WFH)
Languages Required:
Kannada + Hindi + English
Telugu + Hindi + English
Tamil + English +Hindi
Requirements:
Undergraduate or Graduate
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Comfortable with Rotational Shifts
System Requirements:
Laptop/Desktop with Licensed Windows 11
Minimum i3 Processor
Minimum 8 GB RAM
USB Headphones (Mandatory)
Inbuilt or External Camera for Meetings
Wi-Fi Connection with Minimum 50 Mbps Speed
Power Backup (Mandatory)
Shifts:
- 9-hour rotational shifts (6 days working)
Interview: HR > Ops >Documents > Versant/Typing > Client
Responsibilities-
Handling Queries: Answering inbound calls or chats regarding order status, delivery delays, and product availability.
Issue Resolution: Addressing customer complaints—such as receiving a wrong item, damaged products, or size issues—and providing immediate solutions (refunds, replacements, or credits).
Process Guidance: Helping customers navigate the app or website, including how to apply coupons
