Job Description
- Client AcquisitionAcquire new clients for Equity, Derivatives, Commodity, and Investment Advisory services
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, walk-ins, digital enquiries, and networking
- Explain advisory plans, research services, and risk disclosures clearly to traders
- Convert leads into paid advisory clients while following compliance guidelines
- Client Support & Relationship ManagementProvide day-to-day support to active traders regarding advisory services
- Assist clients with onboarding, documentation, and account activation
- Resolve client queries related to calls, reports, and service usage
- Maintain long-term relationships to ensure renewals and upselling
- Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with research and operations teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain client data, follow-ups, and MIS reports
- Track client performance feedback and service satisfaction
- Eligibility & Skills RequiredGraduate (Finance, Commerce, or related field preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Stock Market, Trading, and Investment Products
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi (local language is a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and client-focused approach
- Freshers with market knowledge or experienced sales professionals can apply
- Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)Experience in stock advisory, broking, or financial sales
- Understanding of Equity, F&O, Intraday, Positional Trading
- Ability to handle traders and market-related pressure
